What is It?
Obsidian git is a git wrapper[1] so you can more easily store your obsidian vault in a git repo, that can also be used to sync between devices as a alternative to obsidian sync.
Pros 👍
- Easy to use.
- Stable.
- Versioning.
Cons 👎
- Pretty advanced to non tech savvy users if an error occurs or something needs to be fixed.
My Opinion
I really liked this plugin since I already used git for other stuff and it also was pretty much a drop-in replacement to my old solution. Additionally, the versioning is much better.
